Brisklify is a trading brand and is not a separate legal entity. It is operated by THE TRAINING SPACE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, which is the controller of personal data collected through the Brisklify website and contact form.

We do not rely on consent as the legal basis for ordinary contact-form enquiries.

Enquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for up to 24 months from the last correspondence, and then deleted.

If a contract is concluded, the relevant data is retained for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by accounting, tax and other legal regulations, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

We use a small number of service providers (processors) that are strictly necessary to host the website, store enquiries and deliver email. Personal data is not sold and is not shared for third-party marketing.

• Lovable Labs Incorporated — hosting and delivery of the website and its server-side functions, and delivery of enquiry notification and confirmation emails through its managed email service from the sending domain notify.brisklify.com.
• Supabase, Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database in which contact-form submissions are stored. The database instance is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany region).
• Your email provider and ours — replies and ongoing correspondence are handled by standard business email.

The website itself is served from a global content-delivery network, so technical request data (such as an IP address at the moment of the request) may be handled outside the European Economic Area by our hosting provider. Where a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, together with the provider’s data processing agreement and supplementary technical measures. Enquiry records themselves are stored in the European Union.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, profiling or other non-essential cookies, and it does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie-consent banner is displayed. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms required to serve the site and to secure the contact form are used.

Portfolio and testimonial videos are served from this website itself. If an externally hosted video is ever embedded, that provider may set its own cookies once you choose to play it.

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, and we do not carry out profiling.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data deleted,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including at any time for direct-marketing purposes,
• data portability, where applicable,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Current contact details are available at uodo.gov.pl.

Providing your data through the contact form is entirely voluntary. However, the required fields — name, email address and at least one selected service — are necessary for us to identify your enquiry and respond to it. Without them we cannot reply.
